Stratio is looking for an Agile Coach to guide and coach R&D teams in Lean and Agile principles and values, and to help articulate the interaction between R&D and product teams with remaining stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met;
  
• Support Product Backlog management;
  
• Help understanding process in the teams and promote changes and ceremonies adapted to each team reality;
  
• Facilitate the removal of roadblocks;
  
• Lead and coach the organisation in its Agile methodologies adoption;
  
• Help employees and stakeholders understand agile methodology and empirical product development;
  
• Regularly improve methods and procedures to increase productivity.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experiencing working as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master (3 years);
  
• Knowledge of software development processes;
  
• Scrum Master certification;
  
• Understanding of the Agile principles;
  
• Leader, educator, and coach;
  
• An excellent communicator and motivator;
  
• Fluency in English.
  

Bonus Points:

• Agile Coach Certification;
  
• Technical background with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar relevant fields.

• Effectively communicate Agile principles, Scrum practices and overall operating model across the organisation;
• Coach Senior Management in Agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down;
• Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching;
• Advocate the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.
