Stratio is looking for an Agile Coach to guide and coach R&D teams in Lean and Agile principles and values, and to help articulate the interaction between R&D and product teams with remaining stakeholders.
Tasks:
- Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met;
- Support Product Backlog management;
- Help understanding process in the teams and promote changes and ceremonies adapted to each team reality;
- Facilitate the removal of roadblocks;
- Lead and coach the organisation in its Agile methodologies adoption;
- Help employees and stakeholders understand agile methodology and empirical product development;
- Regularly improve methods and procedures to increase productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experiencing working as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master (3 years);
- Knowledge of software development processes;
- Scrum Master certification;
- Understanding of the Agile principles;
- Leader, educator, and coach;
- An excellent communicator and motivator;
- Fluency in English.
Bonus Points:
- Agile Coach Certification;
- Technical background with a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar relevant fields.

- Effectively communicate Agile principles, Scrum practices and overall operating model across the organisation;
- Coach Senior Management in Agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down;
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching;
- Advocate the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.
