The Global Alliances Manager is responsible for developing the new global partners/alliances program for Stratio, managing new business acquisition through this channel.
Your goal is to set the strategy and manage a successful Alliance Program, generating partners engagement and long-lasting relationships, always aligned with the global Commercial Strategy and Marketing and Sales teams.
General Job Duties:
- Define the business model(s) and incentive mechanisms for alliances / partnerships;
- Achieve quarterly pipeline targets for partner' sourced deals;
- Develop new partners to create vested interest in Stratio’s growth;
- Create an excellent experience for partners, starting on the onboarding and shortening ramp up times;
- Support and develop partners together with Sales Executives, working with the partners regionally;
- Collaborate in the creation of partners specific sales collateral content about the Stratio Platform
- Offer ideas and insights to drive Demand Generation campaigns and launch Account Based Marketing activities for partners acquisition;
- Collaborate with other teams (mainly Marketing and Sales) to support business expansion.
Specific Job Duties:
- Set up and launch a global alliances / partners program;
- Develop the partner acquisition and partner acceptance mechanisms;
- Ensure fast and effective ramp up for new partners;
- Manage the Partners Portal content and its evolution;
- Create solutions to improve the engagement and performance of partners;
- Ensure consistent management (with sales) of partner relationships;
- Leverage success cases to attract new partners into our new partner acquisition pipeline;
- Create reporting mechanisms for reliable forecasting on alliances/partner contributions to the global sales pipeline.

- Achievement of the quarterly pipeline targets for partner sourced deals;
- Strategic thinking, being able to bridge short term actions with a long-term plan to accelerate growth through partnerships;
- Build a great experience for Stratio partners, generating partner engagement;
- Build long term solid relationships with partners;
- Development of key partner account plans;
- The activity reporting component includes on time delivery of quality reports and the fulfillment of requests from Management, accurate pipeline contribution forecasting, use of the activity calendar, on time attendance at meetings, and overall professionalism;
- Work closely with the different Marketing functions and Sales.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working with Alliances / Partnerships, ideally having created an Alliance Program from the ground up;
- Ability to work as part of a team, or to work autonomously and be self-driven and self-directed;
- Desire to work in a virtual team in a remote setup;
- Comfortable working in a complex and fast paced organization;
- Spoken and written English proficiency required;
- Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software programs quickly (Forecasting Software tools, ability to independently use SaaS solutions and sell the benefits);
- Excellent interpersonal and team playing skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to interact with and sell to senior level management.
